The Title and Designation of Standard ANSI/RESNET 301-2014 were changed in 2016 after the MINHERS Chapter 3 initial adoption. The proposed amendment updates MINHERS references to the Standard to reflect the current edition. The amendment revises the Scope of MINHERS Chapter 3 to better align with the Scope of Standard ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2014 and clarify that RESNET HERS ratings are currently developed for individual dwellings not whole buildings that contain individual dwellings. The amendment creates sections in Chapters 2 and 3 for identifying referenced standards’ designation, title and edition as required by RESNET Standards Development Policy and Procedures.
Public comments on Draft PDS-01 of amendment MINHERS Chapters 2&3 -2013 Addendum i-201x will be accepted for 30 days from posting on RESNET’s website.

Comments will be accepted only on the changes to the previously published draft PDS-02 of the proposed amendment and indicated by strike (delete)/underline (add).
The public comment period will be open until December 23rd.
After the comment period, RESNET Standard Development Committee 300 will consider each comment received. Commenters will receive responses to their comments then all responses will be posted online at Comments Submitted on Draft PDS-01 of amendment MINHERS Chapters 2&3 -2013 Addendum i-201x.
