RESNET designated EnergySmart Builders have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with RESNET in which they agree to have their homes rated for energy efficiency. They also agree to market them via their HERS Index Scores, thereby giving homebuyers a good indication of how energy efficient their homes are.
