The energy efficient home programs listed below have each entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with RESNET to promote the construction of high energy performance.

Each of the programs requires their participating builders to commit to having all of their homes energy rated, market the homes' HERS Index Score and become RESNET Energy Smart Builders.
